Let’s get in touch 🚀What You’ll Be DoingEnsuring timely completion of real estate transactions, including new acquisitions, membership agreements, and lease renewalsWorking with internal stakeholders to define office requirements and source matching opportunities from a range of external brokersManaging multiple transactions simultaneously across the globeCommunicating with key business partners to discuss expectations and status of dealsManaging negotiations with property owners, agents, and lawyersOwning commercial aspects to complete real estate agreements aligning with programme objectivesLeading and coordinating legal negotiations, due diligence, deal analysis, and exit scenarios, and presenting business cases to leadershipCollaborating with internal stakeholders, including Security, IT, Facilities, Legal, and Global Business, to project manage a real estate operation to completionDefining and executing real estate operations in accordance with the portfolio strategyExtending, renewing, redeveloping, or repositioning existing locations to increase value using best-in-class practicesOverseeing relationships with external real estate services providers and property ownersWhat You'll Need4+ years of experience in a commercial real estate roleNegotiation and deal-making skillsExperience in transaction management, ideally in officesA clear understanding of real estate trends and best practicesAwareness of the life-cycle of a property, including asset acquisition and disposalThe ability to develop solid relationships with stakeholders and work in a diverse team environmentStrategic real estate thinking, understanding different business needs to provide tailored solutions as neededThe ability to hold yourself and others accountable for milestones and tasks, acting with confidence and integrityNice to haveA degree in a property-related or equivalent subjectExperience with real estate transactions in multiple countriesFluency in other languagesBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
