Leader of a regional sales team.
Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute strategic, innovative regional and territory business plan.
Lead and develop a high performance team through coaching, engagement and performance management.
Role Description Developing, executing, and refining a strategically-aligned regional business plan Recruiting, coaching, developing, and leading a sales team to drive regional business results.
Conducting field coaching sessions to provide individualized and actionable feedback.
Cultivating key customer relationships across the Region to increase access, gain product support and capitalize on opportunities.
Serving as a resource to team to influence customer decision-making.
Maintaining an understanding of the regional healthcare and regulatory landscape, competitive environment, and customer priorities to optimize business plan effectiveness and provide team direction.
Identifying key engagement drivers and developing engagement plans to remove barriers/ drive high performance.
Using talent management processes to improve performance and support long-term development.
Building network and partnering cross-functionally/externally to capitalize on business opportunities.
Developing, securing resources for, and facilitating implementation of value-added customer solutions.
Sharing best practices from within the group and throughout the organization to drive innovative thinking.
Qualifications Experience Profile Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, business, pharmacy, or related field At least 5 years diverse healthcare-related industry experience; pharmaceutical experience, preferred or PG26 & above People management experience preferred Previous marketing experience or relevant experience (e.
.
GROW gig, apprenticeship or on the job training) required Demonstrated track record of successful business growth In-depth understanding of pharmacology and therapeutic knowledge Strong team collaboration and partnering skills Strong financial/analytical skills and business acumen Ability to identify and influence decision makers Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing teams Strong communication skills, including highly technical concepts and diverse audiences at all levels Leadership Competencies Engage in transparent and constructive conversations Empower people to act with speed, agility and ensure accountability Cultivate internal and external partnerships.
