Main responsibilities:To become GS RealTime expert within the region – not just for the project phase but also once the implementations have finished.Be able to project manage the different projects from start to implementation to business as usual (then carry on supporting).Be able to effectively liaise with IT, Vendors, Global Management, Regional and Station Management, Front Line Ops Teams.Be able to scope out system set up requirements and then deliver these to the station.Be able to Train frontline users to use GUI and Staff Comm.Able to manage station expectations – given the tight timelines we wont sometimes be able to deliver exactly what the stations need.Requirements:Highly OrganisedGood level of written and spoken EnglishAble to listen and make effective decisionsGood communicator who is able to listen and influence in equal measureGood Attention to detailHave understanding of Resource Planning and Engagement Standard Logic.Able to effectively interact with a diverse workforceStrong Operational Background and able to understand new operational conceptsHave experience with working with large complex stations using technologyAble to adapt to new technology and logicBe Resilient and be able to cope with stress – this role won’t be easy and will come with pressure and expectationsAble to travel without lots of restrictions – each project will require several trips where the duration will varyAble to work on multiple projects at different timesExperience of operational project delivery is preferredExperience of managing teams of staffYour next step:If you’re seeking an opportunity within an ambitious international aviation company, we invite you to apply.
