If you thrive on building relationships and actively pursuing new opportunities, this could be the perfect fit for you.Territory: Spain Responsibilities:Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fluid management industry, including valves, fittings, filtration systems, hoses, and other related components. This involves researching potential customers, generating leads, and following up on prospects to convert them into clientsMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying potential for upselling or cross-selling fluid management products and solutionsDomestic travel to meet with clients and prospects regularly, as well as occasional international travel to attend trade shows, conferencesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory growth, meet sales targets, and expand market share. This may include participating in market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunitiesUnderstand clients' technical needs and provide technical advice or propose customized solutionsWork with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and feedback, and to coordinate on product launches or marketing initiativesRequirements:Higher degree (technical or engineering background is advantage)3-10 years of sales experience in the fluid management sector or related industries. Hunter sales experience with a focus on new business development is essentialFamiliarity with fluid control products such as valves, pumps, filters, or similar components. Ability to discuss technical specifications with clientsWillingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, sometimes on short noticeFluent English and Spanish Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
