REMOTE CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER FOR IRELAND & UK MARKETS

Overview: Looking for a challenge where your creativity meets strategy? The Roadmap is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in the Ireland and UK markets. If you’re driven, strategic, and ready to work with a growing team from anywhere, keep reading.The Role: We need someone who can take charge of our clients’ marketing strategies, focusing on improving their online presence and driving measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the mix of hands-on creative work and high-level strategic planning. You’ll be working directly with clients, leading a creative team, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on point.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver results with a team that are excellent at what they do. You’ll be working closely with fast paced professionals.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to come up with ideas and tailor strategies according to their needs and our proven strategies. Every client has a slightly different way/roadmap but you’ll find there are also lots of similarities.Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to develop creative and impactful campaigns for our clientsProject Management: Creatively orchestrate with the managers and team membersKeep projects moving and on track Work with a team that has specialists in each department, from concept to completion.Team Support: Guide, communicate regularly and support team members to ensure people are happy and high-quality work is being delivered.Client Communication: Keeping clients updated with clear, consistent communication. What You Should Have:3 to 5 years of experience in a creative or marketing management roleStrong communication and organisational skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plansProven leadership skills and the ability to guide and support a creative teamA detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality outputCreative when providing solutions and ideas to clients, on the spot.
