RESILIENCE RISK MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL CONTROL SENIOR MANAGER

What you’ll do   •Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing the Company's business continuity and emergency management program.
Will support all business plan activities necessary to enable the Organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance requirements for BCP planning.
Ensure effective controls are in place and support all activities necessary to enable the Company to respond to a business disruption.
•Maintain the governance process for ISO certifications within VF TR and group companies.
•Design and lead the implementation of ERM framework throughout VFTR operations.
•Oversee effective risk governance structure, manage policies and procedure approval, and manage committee operations.
•Support annual risk appetite assessment, design key risk indicators, early warning indicators, and risk response strategies – avoid, reduce, take alternative action, share/insure or accept, across various risk categories and implement risk management monitoring and response practices in collaboration with business teams across the organization.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and/or strengthen the organization’s ERM program.
•Develop the framework for Risk Based Internal Control to develop, plan, and evaluate the organization’s activities across various departments to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards set forth for internal control mechanism.
•Manage Risk Based Internal Control program of the company including communication with management and control owners, execution of testing and reporting to management.
•Provide frequent status and analysis to management on the status of Risk Based InternaL Control Project.
•Monitor for the proper implementation, execution, and documentation of internal controls.
•Identify gaps in control design and operating effectiveness and assist management with identification of process issues and the development of remediation plans.
•Actively monitor changes in the structure and processes to ensure the controls are updated, and the changes are communicated, in a timely manner.
Who you are   •University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, BA, Economics  or other related discipline  •Experience in telecommunication, banking or technology sectors •Min.
10+ years’ experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, security, information security, COSO and COBIT frameworks, new technologies (eg RPA or AI), min 4 years experience as team manager •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Project / Programme Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects •Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls •Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management •Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary •Having ISO LA, ISO LA certifications required –CISA and CISM or CISSP also essential        Not a perfect fit?
