ROLLOUT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

This is your opportunity!We are looking for a Rollout Management Specialist to join our team!Within the New IT HUB Sales - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need a Rollout Management Specialist.Description of role and responsibilitiesPlan and coordinate rollout, cutover, and migration activities for the direct sales model and IT system landscape within Region Europe.Collaborate closely and ensure involvement of IT and business stakeholders in various markets to ensure smooth transitions during rollouts and migrations.Align rollout activities and ensure an integration to the program operating model based on SAFe by collaborating effectively with existing program functions such as program lifecycle management, and program support & operations.Manage overlapping rollout schedules, ensuring that activities for the next market start while the previous one is not yet live.Participate in Situation Room (onsite in market), organizing technical equipment and accompany hypercare phase and handover to lifecycle management.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with rollout, cutover, and migration activities.Maintain detailed documentation of rollout, cutover, and migration processes and procedures.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rollout, cutover, and migration activities.Ensure all rollout, cutover, and migration activities comply with regulatory and company standards.Serve as the single point of contact for Legal matters related to rollout, cutover, and migration activities, collaborating with the legal team to address any issues.Education degree & technical experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, IT Management or a STEM related fieldBetween 3-5 years of experience in rollout, cutover, and migration management or a related role.Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex software and system implementations.Proficient in project management tools and software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and technologies.Strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements related to rollout, cutover, and migration management.Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, or SAFe are advantageous.Experience with industry-standard tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirements management and collaborationEnglish:Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
