We’re a team of over 350 people across 5 countries (Spain, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Chile) delivering expert knowledge, passion and commitment to support our clients in the achievement of a more sustainable world.The Position: This role is crucial in setting up and managing a Centralized Asset Management system, which will serve as the single source of truth for all sales materials.The sales enablement team provides sales leaders and sales representatives with learning materials, practical on-the-job content, and other resources to drive sales achievement and individual sales skills growth and success.Your key responsibilities: Sales Enablement Strategy DevelopmentDesign and implement training programs for the sales team to keep them updated on best practices and new developments.Develop comprehensive training modules covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.Continuous upskilling on industry best practices, pitch enablement, and new sales methodologiesCreate and maintain sales materials such as presentations, product guides, and case studies.Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.Develop templates and resources that can be easily customized for different sales scenarios.Identify and implement sales tools and technologies that streamline the sales process.Establish clear, repeatable processes for lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals. Content and Resource ManagementMaintain a centralized repository of sales materials that is easily accessible.Regularly update materials based on feedback from the sales team and changes in the market.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and update sales content.Coordinate with marketing to align on messaging and campaign strategies.Work with the product team to gain deep insights into product features and benefits.Develop a “sales academy” to help reps develop foundational skills necessary to accel in their sales careers Analysis and Continuous ImprovementAnalyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.Conduct regular assessments of sales activities and outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Implement and manage sales enablement tools (CRM, training platforms, etc.).Oversee the integration and usage of CRM systems and other sales tools.Provide training and support to the sales team on these tools.Gather and analyze feedback from the sales team to adjust and improve enablement strategies.Conduct surveys and hold feedback sessions to understand the sales team’s needs and challengesCross-Departmental CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messages and strategies.Participate in joint planning sessions to align on marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.Share insights from the sales team to help shape marketing strategies and content.Collaborate with the product team to understand features and benefits of new products and updates.Attend product launch meetings and training sessions.Ensure the sales team is fully briefed on new products and updates, and equipped with the necessary sales materials. Your skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Renewable Energy, or a related field.English & Spanish fluently6+ years of work experience, with mandatory experience in B2B SalesSales enablement experience and/or sales/SDR leadership experienceEffective and strong communication skillsAbility to collaborate with different teams and drive initiatives for the Sales teamWhat we offer: Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.Remote working availability.Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week)Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 15th June to 15th September)Here at Isotrol, we are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and therefore strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
