As a Sales Development Manager on our team, you will: - Track and analyze SDR activity to ensure targets are achieved - Conduct call listening to support training and coaching of SDRs and ensure the correct questions are being asked and how objections are being handled - Review CRM hygiene including lead information capture and robust BANT qualification- Provide regular updates and reports on SDR team performance and lead generation metrics - Support the optimization of outreach sequencing for lead generation and qualification alongside the sequencing manager - Align outbound strategies with sales and marketing campaigns- Align with account teams on outbound target areas, accounts and profiles for SDR focus- Identify and implement improvements in SDR processes and tools- Work with product to ensure SDRs are knowledgeable about new products / updates Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
