We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Sales Development Manager on our team, you will:- Track and analyze SDR activity to ensure targets are achieved- Conduct call listening to support training and coaching of SDRs and ensure the correct questions are being asked and how objections are being handled- Review CRM hygiene including lead information capture and robust BANT qualification- Provide regular updates and reports on SDR team performance and lead generation metrics- Support the optimization of outreach sequencing for lead generation and qualification alongside the sequencing manager- Align outbound strategies with sales and marketing campaigns- Align with account teams on outbound target areas, accounts and profiles for SDR focus- Identify and implement improvements in SDR processes and tools- Work with product to ensure SDRs are knowledgeable about new products / updates Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
