The Sales Manager ’s primary role is to attract, lead, coach, develop and motivate a team of 5-10 quota-bearing associates to drive revenue for Gartner.
This role is responsible for.
Successfully leading all business and people management aspects of an assigned Large Enterprise Accounts Sales team Create and foster a high-performing, high activity team culture based on collaboration, integrity as well as individual over-achievement Exceed financial team targets as well as coach, develop, motivate and empower each team member to exceed their own (Winner’s circle standard) Develop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy and processes/best practices and goals (e.
