They are a leader in 13 countries, serving 80 million patients monthly with innovative digital tools and solutions for doctors and healthcare institutions.They are now seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your core mission: to build and execute a powerful sales strategy that drives growth, motivates your team, and optimizes sales processes to meet ambitious targets in the clinic sector. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in scaling sales teams, keen on leveraging CRM systems and creating a high-performance culture within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipInspire and lead the sales team, aligning efforts with company objectives to achieve outstanding results.Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, building a resilient team capable of exceeding targets.Establish and implement structured coaching and training programs to elevate team skills and methodologies.Sales Strategy ExecutionOversee daily sales operations, driving a culture of success and achievement within the team.Set and track KPIs, identifying and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.Ensure seamless sales processes and maintain rigorous CRM management and optimization.Business DevelopmentFoster a growth mindset, exploring new opportunities to refine sales techniques and customer targeting.Act as a liaison with revenue teams to align sales strategy with broader business goals and support decision-making.Contribute to workforce planning, ensuring the team meets local sales priorities and business needs.Qualifications7+ years in sales leadership within high-growth SaaS or Marketplace environments, focusing on SMB markets.Proven track record in scaling sales teams effectively, with experience in using OKRs for focused results.Deep experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, with a strategic approach to team development.Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in CRM systems, with a process-focused mentality.Inspirational leader with an ability to drive sales goals passionately, creating an engaging team environment.
