SALES MANAGER, SPAIN

Plastika Kritis was established in 1970. We are one of the leading European producers of agricultural films, geomembranes and masterbatches. We have a strong international orientation with plants in Greece, France, Romania, Poland, Turkey, and China and exports to 90 countries around the world.We’re hiring a talented and ambitious Sales Manager, Spain for our Films Division, focusing on agricultural films. Travel up to 60-65% is expected. Your territory will include Spain, Morocco, Portugal. This role reports to the Director of Business Development & Strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the horticultural, floricultural, or agricultural sectors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.Drive demand generation through proactive outreach, lead prospecting, and distributor support.Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to distributors and customers.Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis to management.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand visibility.Work with operations to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.Uphold professionalism and ethical standards to strengthen the company’s reputation.Required Qualifications6+ years of Sales Experience, collaborating with distributors and large key accounts.A proven track record in Account Executive, Sales Representative or Sales Manager roles, ideally within the agricultural or horticultural sectors.Fluency in Spanish and English.Self-motivated and results-driven.Exceptional presentation, negotiation and communication skills.The ability to travel frequently by air or car within the territory. A valid driver’s license is required.Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of horticultural, floricultural, or agricultural sectors (preferred).Experience driving pull-through salesA background in working with marketing teams or agencies to develop promotional materials (preferred).Familiarity with managing inventory and product portfolios for diverse applications (preferred).A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).If you're passionate about the agricultural industry and thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
