Reservation Handling.
Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
Sales Assistance.
Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
Product Knowledge.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Customer Service.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.
