SAP (ECP) PROGRAM MANAGER (FREELANCE)

HRIT People are working with a global technology business that is beginning the global implementation of Employee Central Payroll. The scope includes 19,000 employees in 30+ Countries. This position is a freelance position, that can be located in Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland or France - paying up to 650/700 euro per day.Deliverables: You comprehend the needs of our global HR community and foster efficient HR operations within the group of companies by implementing innovative ideas in HR process excellence and digitalization.Manage multiple resources across 30 countries and 19,000 FTE and oversee the roll-out of Employee Central Payroll You design and implement agile processes and solutions, ensuring they function smoothly in practice. You optimize HR processes and structures for the entire group as well as for individual regions, leveraging innovative digital solutions effectively.A key focus of your work involves projects within HR Operations and Administration, particularly regarding Time and Attendance and Global Payroll. You take charge of project management and actively drive the implementation of your solutions.Experience: You have extensive experience in optimizing HR processes and structures, and you have successfully managed and implemented various projects. Your work style is characterized by a structured and independent approach, strong analytical skills, and a high affinity for processes and systems.Previous experience managing Global SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projectsHappy to work remotely and across different global timezones.
