Sr. Account Manager FR Market. With Carts Guru, e-merchants can combine the power of emails, SMS and funnels into cohesive campaigns, maximising ROI.Your Role 💼As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating closely with the Account Executive during the Free Trial, to understand clients needs and elaborate an adapted strategyBuilding and nurturing trust-based, one-to-one relationships with your clientsProviding valuable insights and recommendations to empower your customersOffering training to make clients self-sufficient in utilizing our servicesOnboarding new accounts and activating existing accounts, by pushing new featuresManaging end-to-end relationships with clients, including support and serviceConducting regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are metNegotiating contracts, renewals, and promoting Carts Guru in a competitive marketplaceIdentifying and developing new revenue generation opportunities with existing clientsReporting directly to the Head of Customer SuccessQualifications 📚3-4 years of minimum experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in the tech industry, specifically in the French marketNative level of French is required (the job is 100% in this language ), and professional proficiency in English.
