Engineering Manager Back Market is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead our Core Platform team (5 engineers) within our Platform tribe.
The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching people, cultivating a collaborative team, leading delivery, production operations, and continuous improvement.
As in Back Market, we lead by example, we expect the role to also be hands-on, so personal contribution is expected.
As the Engineering manager of the Core Platform team, you’ll lead a team of highly skilled and committed developers dedicated to providing foundational tools, libraries, and standards that enhance developer productivity and ensure consistency across application development.
By fostering a culture of experimentation and enabling robust observability, the team empowers developers to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.
