SENIOR IT MANAGER (M/F/D) – INDUSTRY4 AND DIGITALIZATION

The Senior IT Manager (m/f/d) will lead the digitalization of our DMS factories and related end to end manufacturing, quality and logistics processes.
This role is globally responsible for DMS, working closely with plant leadership and expert teams to develop and execute a business strategy that leverages the latest Industry 4.
and other technologies.
The role works closely aligned with the Enterprise I4 team and the global manufacturing engineering community on the business and IT goals, the integrated architecture, the operating model and the business unit and plant roadmaps.
The primary goal is to drive productivity and efficiency by capturing, visualizing and processing real-time data to gain transparency, predictability and automation to enhance operational performance and support lean habits to eliminate waste.
This role will report directly to the IT Vice President – DMS & Industry 4.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership.
Develop and execute a comprehensive industry 4 digitalization strategy for the plant shop floor in alignment with the IT leadership and the BorgWarner I4 governing body including executive management team from the business units.
Collaborate with plant leadership and expert teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
Project Management.
Lead and manage digitalization projects from conception to implementation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, meet business outcome, and within budget.
Technology Implementation.
Oversee the deployment of Industry 4.
cloud platforms and other digital tools in alignment with the Enterprise I4 strategy.
Ensure the integration of new technologies with existing systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to the plant OT and IT teams.
Global Responsibility.
Manage digitalization efforts across multiple plant locations globally.
Standardize processes and technologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with plant leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership and project execution, with a focus on digitalization and Industry 4.
technologies.
Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
Strong knowledge of Industry 4.
cloud platforms and real-time data visualization tools.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
