In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative brands in the Personal and Home Care categories as they enter and expand in the European market.In the unit Challenger Brands, we pride ourselves on our ability to support emerging brands through our expertise in professional sales, strategic marketing, and efficient distribution. One of our standout success stories is The Pink Stuff, which highlights our capability to collaborate effectively with brand owners and establish strong partnerships.As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with (full service) supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms and new business channels. Proven experience collaborating with retailers with a focus on (full service) supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms, DIY channel and new business pioneering.



Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making processes and drive business strategies.



Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in high-stakes discussions.



Develop and manage a portfolio of challenger brands, ensuring alignment with company- and brand objectives.




Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.




Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.




Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.




Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.




Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.




Proven track record of developing and managing successful client relationships.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.




Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.



Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
