Based in Nextracker's office in Madrid, Spain, the Senior Manager, Asset Management (Europe) will lead the Asset Management team in Europe, with responsibility for (a) operational performance of the Nextracker operating fleet in Europe, (b) customer satisfaction via excellent support to both external and internal clients, (c) operational efficiency via process establishment, optimization, and automation, and (d) leadership and management of the European Asset Management team.

Enthusiastic customer focus Collaborative and interactive teamwork Desire for continuous improvement, efficiency and top performance Passionate drive to execute and to achieve results Integrity to the core Primary job responsibilities Responsible for all Asset Management activities in the Europe region, including warranty claims & process, spare parts shipments, customer training, software deployments, and technical service activities, in addition to oversight of the commissioning function Act as primary customer contact for customer issues and operating fleet performance.
Responsible for customer satisfaction (as measured via NPS scores), providing high quality customer service, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with minimal escalations.
Responsible for building, managing, coaching, and leadership of the Asset Management team in Europe.
Provide a high level of oversight to the team and achieve high levels of retention Responsible for execution of the operating budget of the Asset Management team in Europe, including team sizing & resource planning, hiring, compensation packages, and approving other operational expenditures.
Implementing and managing dashboards and reporting templates to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relative to Asset Management business and the Nextracker operating fleet.
Supporting the deployment of software and data analysis solutions and services.
Actively monitoring and optimizing the performance and operations of the Nextracker operating fleet in Europe.
Supporting the European Sales team in customer meetings and positioning Nextracker for sales and revenue.
Identifying process improvement, automation, or product opportunities and prioritizing them accordingly Providing rapid and proactive response to high profile or escalated issues Medium/high level of travel required across Europe and to Nextracker headquarters in Fremont, CA, USA Required experience & qualifications Fluent Spanish & English speaker Strong understanding and knowledge of the European PV market, and relationships with key counterparties, including customers, utilities, and service providers BS in Engineering, Science, or Renewable Energy Master's degree or Business degree is a plus Minimum 6-8 years of Renewable Energy experience, including 3-4 years in European market Excellent team management skills including leadership, mentoring, recruitment, and coaching Ability to lead a diverse team on mission-critical activities related to customer service and operations Excellent communication and presentation skills for a client-facing role.
Ability to manage customer escalations, lead negotiations, and influence outcomes Proven ability to compile and present business and technical reports to executive staff and internal stakeholders Deep understanding of solar PV system design, operations, technologies, maintenance, and industry drivers Technical expertise regarding solar project performance and operations, with knowledge of PV system performance characteristics, modeling, metrics, analytics, and communications Ability to develop, prioritize, and drive initiatives both externally and internally, and to work cross functionally with Sales, Project Services, Product, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, prioritize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work through logistical challenges related to parts & project delivery, across a diverse region Strong drive for Renewable Energy and industry development Available for frequent travel, and day-to-day interactions with diverse European and U.
