Descripción What will you do.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MLOps engineers and Python developers.
Facilitate collaboration within the team and across other departments to ensure seamless integration of ML systems.
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end pipelines for ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Develop automated workflows for CI/CD in ML systems to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems for production ML models to ensure performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues in real-time and ensure high availability of deployed systems.
Collaborate with the machine learning team (ML) to manage model retraining and updating processes.
Write, review and maintain high-quality Python code for MLOps tooling and automation.
Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art tools and technologies in the MLOps space.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? What you need to have.
5+ years of professional experience in MLOps, software engineering, or a related domain.
Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Fluency in English Proficiency in Python and familiarity with its ML and data processing libraries (e.
., PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
Experience with cloud platforms (preferable AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with ML workflow orchestration tools (e.
., Airflow, MLflow).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to mentor other team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative team, inter-team and company culture.
