SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (API PHARMA- B2B)

Important pharmaceutical laboratory located near Barcelona is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for its Marketing department.Responsabilities:• Analyze external and internal data to understand customer needs, consumer preferences, and market trends.• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.• Close collaboration with R&D for new product developments and improvements in current portfolio.• Support New Product Launch Plan/Execution (support project management)• Develop deep product and science knowledge.• Define target customer segments and tailor messaging accordingly.• Craft compelling product positioning statements, subjected to be reviewed by advisors (health functional claims)• Identify the unique value proposition of each product solution.• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.• Select and monitor product performance metrics (e.g., sales, market share, customer feedback)• Marketing Budget proactive management• Collaborate with sales teams to address any challenges or opportunities.• Work closely with external agencies for all campaigns – analytics/testing & optimization.• Participate and support key customer engagement and meetings.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred: Relevant areas - Marketing, Communication, and Digital tools.• Scientific background (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Physics, etc )• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients• Language: English and Spanish• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe• Navigate multiple platforms (CRM, Digital, Social)We offer:You will be part of a rapidly expanding company in the sector.Attractive compensation package with numerous social benefits.Hybrid role with great scheduling flexibility.We are sustainable employmentRandstad's ambition is to be the most equitable and specialized talent company in the world.
