SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - MONOPOLY GO!

Description Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO game in Barcelona (Spain) on a remote basis from Spain, UK, Portugal or Israel! This role entails working with a cross-functional team to provide unique, engaging experiences for our players; collaborating on features, processes, and tools to achieve business goals.
You will be responsible for the creation and execution of experiences and features in the roadmap for the web portal, as well as having partial responsibility for the business performance of the live product.
This role reports to the Director of Product of Web, and may directly manage product managers in the future What You Will Do Participate in the definition of the product strategy for the web portal, in collaboration with the DOP and senior leadership, to ensure we serve our player population with an experience that drives long term ecosystem retention Be responsible for a full product lifecycle including writing specs and performing analyses independently for small to large or highly complex sized features and content Own the end to end feature development process from conceptualization through launch and long term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts (UX, UI, Engineering, Production, QA, LiveOps, CS) Lead and oversee research and discovery for new features, redefining high-level opportunities into concrete and well thought out feature designs.
Synthesizes data from various channels to derive insights.
Sets encouraged outcomes for their work and conducts readouts to evaluate impact.
Generates insights and makes actionable recommendations based on all available data with or without the help of a dedicated analyst Ensure preproduction and spec work is thorough in the owned experiences, high quality and delivered timely Implement and supervise progress, give feedback and resolve questions or obstacles during each production sprint Actively participate in prioritization conversations advised by player's needs, the web portal strategy and the business goals Be responsible for the KPIs of live features and drive optimization of feature and overall site performance demonstrating quantitative insights (via the Analytics team) and qualitative data (via Community, CS, User Research, Market Research, etc.) Partner with the Analytics, Economy & LiveOps teams to increase features impact Lead the product managers (potentially new hires) to implement the product strategy, feature design & performance goals Be responsible for the analysis and in-depth evaluation of the Web Portal performance.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in product, service, project, or program management, software development, or related field.
Demonstrated ability in product performance and development roles, preferably in F2P mobile casual games, e-commerce or other consumer-facing live services Proven experience of experience working with analytics and product teams and making data-informed decisions Deep understanding of software development processes and standard methodologies Proven ability to deploy resources against the highest impact initiatives, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks, lead expectations, and maintain high quality of result A track record of elevating product KPIs effectively, especially in F2P games at scale, with strong quantitative capabilities (ability to develop and test hypotheses, translate product problems into analytics studies, and interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way) Strong verbal & written communication skills.
