Within our Global Business Services Projects Team, we are looking for a.
  Senior Project Manager   The Senior Project Manager will oversee or lead highly strategic Global Programs / Projects for distinct functions across the company e.
., Product Supply, Legal, R&D, Quality, Finance, IT, HR etc.
  He/she will direct different nature of key strategic programs or projects which entail business transformation in many forms, be it processes, systems, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs etc.

    YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES   Steering the achievement of strategic targets for one or multiple lines of business.
Overseeing the planning, implementation of an entire program / project through budgeting, resource readiness, sourcing suppliers through to project release.
Build and motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities, risks, and their respective mitigation actions.
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
Participate and/or drive feasibility studies and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
  WHO ARE YOU   Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of project management experience in tracking and planning..
Project Management certifications.
Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince 2).
Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.
Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions.
Adaptable and agile, ready to learn and evolve based on feedback.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
Fluent in English.
