SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - INSURANCE

If you’re passionate about managing complex initiatives, collaborating across teams, and delivering excellence for clients, we’d love to hear from you!As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier IT solutions while building strong client relationships and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will work in a global, fast-paced environment, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and tools to achieve outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Define, plan, and execute large-scale IT projects with a focus on quality, scope, and timelines.Stakeholder Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams, including Digital Architecture, Application Services, and Infrastructure, to align strategies and deliverables.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring seamless execution.Team Leadership: Mentor and empower your team, conducting performance reviews and driving professional growth.Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and margins to achieve financial goals.Continuous Improvement & knowledge domain: Implement lessons learned and establish best practices to drive continuous improvement.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the IT services industry.Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.International work environment, therefore solid English skills (spoken & written) is a must and key requirementProficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel).Certifications (Preferred):Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent credentials are preferred.Join us!
