SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD-ASSISTANT MANAGER-BANGALORE

What you’ll do To provide support for customers transitioning from contract signature to in-life service ensuring that excellent customer experience is maintained throughout.
To support customers transitioning from end of life products to new strategic products ensuring that the customer receives continued excellent customer experience.
Support for implementation of new products Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities Administrative tasks to support the service transition & integration of customers who have contracted for fixed, mobile or converged products Managing day to day tasks to ensure that agreed timelines and SLAs are met Collation, checking and management of data related to customer orders Set up and maintenance of system data Liaison with internal functions supplying inputs to the end to end process Liaison with 3rd party suppliers involved in the end to end process Preparation and distribution of customer facing documentation Preparation and storage of relevant customer service documentation Enabling customers to access relevant portals based on product ordered Technical / Professional Expertise Proven background of working within a Customer Service/Sales/Contact Centre environment.
Ability to work within defined processes and identify improvements to existing processes Works well in a Team.
Methodical and controlled approach to answering queries and where knowledge is exceeded, referring it to the appropriate team.
Proactive problem-solver for day to day issues and only escalates to manager when necessary.
