In this role you will assist travelers with their inquiries bookings and issues ensuring they have a smooth and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities.
Customer Support for Slovenian Clients.
Offer worldclass customer service to Slovenianspeaking travelers by handling their inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Youll provide assistance with booking reservations travel itineraries cancellations and general inquiries ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Problem Solving.
Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings accommodation transportation and services.
Youll use your problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions in realtime ensuring customer satisfaction.
Travel Expertise.
Help customers navigate our travel offerings explain policies and procedures and provide guidance on destinations accommodations and transportation options.
You will act as a knowledgeable guide for customers as they plan their journeys.
Booking and Reservation Assistance.
Support customers with the booking process including providing guidance on flights hotels car rentals and vacation packages.
Youll ensure that all bookings are accurate and meet the customers expectations.
Customer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized friendly and professional service.
Youll be the first point of contact for travelers helping to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
Escalation of Complex Issues.
Identify and escalate more complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
You will ensure that more challenging problems are handled promptly and efficiently.
Product and Service Knowledge.
Stay uptodate on the companys travel products services and promotions.
This will help you provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
Feedback and Reporting.
Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments.
Your input will help improve our services and contribute to ongoing customer satisfaction.
Who You Are.
Fluent in Slovenian (C1/C2 level).
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovenian allowing you to assist customers fluently and professionally.
Located in or Willing to Relocate to Barcelona.
You must be based in or willing to move to Barcelona to work in our vibrant office.
We offer a relocation package if youre moving from another city or country.
Customer Service Experience.
Previous experience in customer service particularly in the travel or hospitality industries is highly valued but not required.
If youre passionate about helping others and are quick to learn we want to hear from you! Proficient in English.
Youll need a good command of English for internal communication with your team and other departments.
Strong Communication Skills.
You are capable of conveying information clearly and concisely while maintaining a friendly empathetic tone in all interactions.
You can handle stressful situations with ease and remain composed under pressure.
Passionate About Travel.
You have a genuine interest in the travel industry and love helping customers plan their perfect trips.
Whether its providing recommendations or resolving travel concerns you are driven by your passion for customer satisfaction and travel.
Problem Solver.
Youre resourceful and creative in addressing customer issues finding solutions and delivering outstanding service.
You enjoy taking on challenges and thinking on your feet.
TechSavvy.
You are comfortable using digital platforms booking systems and CRM tools.
Prior experience with travel booking systems is a plus but training will be provided.
Organized and DetailOriented.
You can manage multiple customer inquiries at once while paying close attention to detail ensuring that no issue goes unresolved.
Team Player.
You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and are comfortable working in a multicultural fastpaced environment.
Youre also selfmotivated and can work independently when required.
