As we navigate this transformative path, we're seeking a passionate and motivated social media & Public relations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in raising our awareness in Europe as we undergo this transformative process.🎯 Your responsibilities :‎Nextlane is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic-minded social media & Public relations Manager to drive our online presence and build strong relationships with the media and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and PR strategies, managing corporate communication efforts, and enhancing Nextlane's reputation in the automotive technology sector.You will work closely with the field marketing team to make sure that your corporate PR plan is aligned with local needs. This position reports to the Corporate Marketing Director.In this role, your key responsibilities will be:Social Media Strategy and ManagementDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Nextlane's goals and values.Create engaging content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn and YouTube).Increase the brand awareness across Europe through increasing our community on our 6 targeted countries.Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Foster engagement with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and key stakeholders with the support of our PR agencies.Develop and execute PR campaigns and initiatives to promote Nextlane's products and achievements.Draft press releases, articles, and other written materials for distribution to the media.Content CreationCreate compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, and press releases.Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.Ensure that all content aligns with Nextlane's brand voice and messaging.Analytics and ReportingCentralize and coordinate PR coverage from all the regions.Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of social media and PR efforts.Provide regular reports and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions.Event ManagementSupport the organization and promotion of corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.Coordinate media coverage and interviews during events.This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on projects and your interest in various subjects.🕵️ What we are looking for :Experience: Proven experience in social media management and public relations.
