As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding, and supporting an agile team, while working closely with our Delivery Manager to ensure the alignment of agile practices with broader project goals.Responsibilities:Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring productive and positive outcomes.Work with the software development team to remove obstacles and address issues that could impede progress, promoting efficient workflow and a positive team environment.Collaborate with the area managers to align sprint goals with overall project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Coach team members in agile principles and practices, encouraging continuous improvement and promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.Support the Product Manager in maintaining alignment between agile teams and business stakeholders.Releases and version management for all software disciplines following strict QMS proceduresMaintain software development and quality QMS documentation and ensure QMS procedures compliance in collaboration with quality managerGive technical support to clients integrating Mediktor’s technologyGive technical support to live clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, (or equivalent experience).Proven +1 year experience as a delivery manager/technical manager in a software development environment.Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in applying them in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira), and an understanding of metrics that support agile practices.Ability to collaborate effectively with project management and development teams, fostering a harmonious and goal-oriented work environment.Experience in client technical support for software productsBasic programming skills and logic-mindedNice-to-Have:Previous experience in software development or technical project managementExperience in the medical device industryExperience with quality management systemsIf you're passionate about agile practices and enabling teams to achieve their best work, we’d love to hear from you!
