This role also includes the opportunity to support other initiatives, such as an upcoming finance system project, and to play a key role in the client’s target architecture planning. The scope may expand to involve additional projects requiring architectural expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural analysis and data collection independently.
Collaborate with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces.
Develop documentation and materials to support requirements gathering and engage with system vendors.
Plan and prepare for the deployment of new or enhanced IT solutions based on business needs, while aligning with existing IT services.
Support the documentation of integrations associated with new solutions.
Actively contribute to the development of the organization’s target architecture.
Requirements:

Experience Level 3: 4–8 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture.
Strong background in business process and information flow analysis and modeling.
Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs and target architecture.
Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions during the procurement process.
Skilled in requirements gathering and designing solutions for integrations.
Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in architecture for HR systems, such as payroll, scheduling, or HR management.
Experience in data migration for payroll and HR system transitions.
Familiarity with Unit4 Payroll and HR products.
