Help our customer resolve their issuesAs Support Analyst, you will dive into a world of code, database systems, virtualization technologies, networks, servers, and more as you draw on your already extensive experience to resolve customer issues. Doing so, you can look forward to managing incident reports from the customer's second-level support and communicating directly with their IT staff to resolve the issues.More specifically, you will:Handle incoming reports and requests in our ticket systemResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues Experienced software developer eager to explore new techsYou are known as a self-motivated and proactive problem solver. Your great interpersonal skills ensure that you can collaborate with colleagues as well as customers in a global setting. Also, you are always looking to learn and adopt new technical skills.
