Sourcing and Vendor Manager Required. An Sourcing and Vendor Manager is required by a market-leading organisation in Madrid, who will play a central role in delivering the strategic approach to sourcing and vendor management activities across a range of ICT, Infrastructure, Cloud, Software and hardware related enterprise programs and services.The focus of the Sourcing and Vendor Manager will be to ensure the execution of procurement activities, consulting with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help deliver the sourcing strategy and drive value for the acquisition of good, services, and license renewals across the global business.A data-driven procurement professional with a proven track-record in managing tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals, the IT Sourcing and Vendor Manager will also have a good level of experience in budgeting, legal and tax compliance, IP, and Capex / OpexTo summarise, the Sourcing and Vendor Manager will have the following skills and experience:Proven track-record in sourcing and vendor managementSignificant sourcing and negotiation experience within ICT, Infrastructure, Cloud, Software and hardware related enterprise programs and servicesStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skillsGood knowledge of purchasing and procure-to-pay activities / systemsStrong due diligence and risk management capabilityRelevant procurement accreditation such as CIPSCandidates with high proficiency in English and Spanish preferredPlease note this is could be offered as hybrid-remote contract with an initial duration of 12 months with travel to Madrid when required.If you fit the above profile, then please get in touch with your CV as soon as possible.
