SPANISH SPEAKING PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST - EXPERIENCED

Hello there! We’re  Vodafone Intelligent Solution s (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a    Spanish Speaking Project Management Office Support Specialist - Experienced      Your role in a nutshell.
To provide administrative support to projects/ workstreams/ governance processes concerning their planning, development and implementation.
To ensure the seamless functioning and continuous improvement of the governance and other related processes, enabling efficient decision-making across the business/ function.
To ensure that implementation follows the existing processes.
To organize meetings of the governance body, manage communication with stakeholders, check if the project went through the proper approval gates, ensure engagement of all stakeholders, control the budget, report progress, facilitate administration.
What you’ll do.
• Plays a coordination and monitoring role.
collects data, monitors milestones, prepares reports, takes part in project documentation.
• Maintains the detailed project work plan.
• Organizes communication with appropriate program governance bodies.
• Manages the governance body reports and outcomes.
• Manages financials, tracks expenses against budget, performs forecasting and variance analysis.
• Records and manages risks, issues and actions.
• Takes ownership of documentation standards and templates.
Uses the existing report formats, tools, templates and processes.
Ensures documents are managed appropriately, conducts regular QA checks of governance documentation.
• Provides PMO support.
Provides and manages all the administration required.
• Co-ordinates status reporting, prepares reports..
What you will bring to the team.
• experience in PMO support (reporting, coordination, logistics, project plan updates) or similar support role in business/ IT • experience in Sharepoint administration • computer skills.
MS Office and MS Project • fluent English • communication skills • ability to liaise with seniorstakeholders • attention to detail and accuracy • teamwork • problem solving skills • prioritizing skills • organizing skills • analytical skills   In return we provide you with.
