The Prospecting team partners with leaders across Gartner’s global sales organization to provide the accurate prospecting data that helps the Sales team to focus on closing deals and increase their NCVI productivity.
The team saves the time by serving up more accurate prospecting data through diverse set of prospecting tools.
What you will do.
Actively work on completing the prospects research life cycle within timelines & provide timely and accurate output.
Work on ad-hoc operational projects with minimal guidance Manage and resolve assigned regions end to end within service level agreements.
Engage with stakeholders and partners with members across functions to deliver value.
Partner within and across teams to Identify gaps, problem solve and improve processes.
Conduct data analysis and support reporting needs.
Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and updating datasets regularly.
Manage data tools and internal applications including automation tools, Excel, Power BI, prospecting tools etc.
Successfully drive high complexity projects with minimal guidance Gain strong understanding of internal systems and processes such as Bulls eye, title QC, deduplication etc.
Mentor and train other team members on processes/tools Execute on business-critical sales operations.
Provide service support for core TP&A processes & create robust checks to find discrepancies in data.
Drive operational excellence – incremental improvement in process across prospecting– reduced steps, intuitive and simpler process design/interfaces.
Implement best practices/tested solutions across processes to maximize effectiveness Assist with transition and implementation of new processes.
Own and drive execution of assigned work streams independently.
Develop strong process knowledge within sales operation functions with the goal of incrementally improving the process as the team grows and matures Own stakeholder management, relationship building with team members and with cross-functional units.
Ensure right communication and positioning of the vision and priorities to team members.
Perform manual workstreams to deliver the output and act as a champion mindset to provide solutions on automating manual workstreams What you will need.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM discipline with 3 years of relevant experience in client service and/or sales operations/delivery role.
Someone who is driven, coachable, has a high sense of ownership and is able to challenge the status quo.
Problem-Solving – breaks down problems and considers solutions, comfortable with quantitative analysis.
Strong Communication skills – communicates in a clear and concise manner (written / verbal).
Stakeholder Management – works effectively with stakeholders/partners/teams; builds / maintains good relationships.
Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of VBA/Macros and Power BI is a plus.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality Ability to analyze and improve operational processes and services.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High on champion mindset and a quick learner Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across geographies with changing requirements.
