SR. TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, WWOS GLOBAL PHYSICAL SECURITY (GPS)

The Amazon Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Global Physical Security (GPS) team is looking for an independent, highly talented, fast-paced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager.
This position will join a cadre of experienced and skilled program managers and security engineers in managing security technologies globally.
PS is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing Amazon operations security infrastructure and technical improvements.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager supporting the GPS Team, you will use continuous improvement/change management to create, coordinate, and facilitate implementation of new and improved structures, processes, and activities.
For this role you will need to be adaptable, challenge motivated, and thrive on implementing high standard productivity and simplicity using project management methodology.
In this role, you must be able to develop and lead individual or group assignments with little or no instruction, work interdependently with other teams, and be able to deliver clear, concise, and on-schedule results.

It will involve regular communication with project sponsors and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams.
