We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our PINKO store in La Roca Outlet Village. We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic manager who will be glad to join an Italian, modern and dynamic fashion brand and who will act as brand ambassador for our local customers. Position overviewAs a Store Manager you will: Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experienceActivate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the store economic performancesManage the shop digital channels in order to increase brand awareness and boost salesMonitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floorLead the team to meet business objectivesDiplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleaguesMonitor KPIs and team sales performances and prepare complete reports for the Area ManagerDeliver training / coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising, taking care of business guidelines Experience, Skills & Knowledge Grounded experience as store manager in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brandsDeep knowledge of local customers’ behaviors and needsDeep knowledge of CRM tools and strategies, needed to enhance the store customers’ loyalty baseGreat knowledge of social media and their strategies to manage online sales and employer brandingGood proficiency in EnglishAbility in presenting the brand to new customers and in establishing a deep loyal relationship with themAbility to work autonomously and in a dynamic environmentAbility to prioritize work load, meet deadlines and specified standardsExcellent communication skills across all levelsCustomer oriented, organized and with a positive/constructive attitude
