Role Purpose The Strategic Insights Manager will help increase sales and productivity through the design, build and roll-out of analytics and insights that help leaders and sales teams make more informed data-driven decisions on where and how they prioritize their sales efforts.
Amongst other topics, the successful candidate will help leaders prioritize accounts, generate demand and accelerate deals to close.
Responsibilities Build and evolve real-time pipeline and sales insights that help leadership generate demand and build pipeline, grow sales, retain accounts and coach Partners Perform deep-dives into the sales cycle (i.

stage gate analysis etc.) as needed Analyze leading and lagging indicators to identify sales challenges that answer our most pressing business questions through compelling narratives that blend quantitative and qualitative measures.
Provide recommendations on solutions Source and analyze data from across Gartner to uncover new client/market insights Build statistical models to predict forward looking metrics and support growth (i.
.
client demand, account retention) Provide analytical support for top-down and bottom-up business and portfolio planning Build out operational analytics (i.
.
sales methodology adoption, sales forecasting) Demo new insights and educate and enable leaders to read the data and take action Participate in presentations with leaders to share insights and recommendations.
Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner Maintain an understanding of our strategies, operating model, and how we go-to-market Professional Experience 5+ years’ hands-on experience designing, building and rolling out sales analytics for leadership and sales teams Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the typical B2B sales process Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics/Analytics or a related discipline.
Master’s degree a plus Advanced knowledge of Power BI – Dax, Power Query, Advanced Modelling etc.).
Experience with Apps a plus Expertise with R/Python.
Good working knowledge of a querying language such as SQL Ability to extrapolate linkages between large amounts of data, generate insights and distill complex concepts into actionable information Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including an understanding of backend data capture Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to articulate these insights and present recommendations to leadership in a compelling manner Grasps the importance of data enablement.
