As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our infrastructure and communication strategies to support business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security and efficiency of our systems and networks, aligning technology with business needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Identifying the organization’s needs and developing strategies to meet those needs in collaboration with other IT members.Systems Management: Ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms. This includes monitoring performance, managing capacity, and optimizing system resources.Security: Develop and implement, together with the Cybersecurity department, security policies and procedures to protect the organization.Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions, regularly testing and updating these plans as needed.Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that infrastructure, systems, and communication services meet the organization’s needs, including negotiating contracts and managing service levels.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, training and professional development opportunities to build a high- performing and cohesive team.Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while aligning with the organization’s financial goals.Qualifications:Proven experience managing infrastructures, preferably in the airline or related industry.Knowledge of public cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure).Knowledge of network designs, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls and security protocols.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practises is a plus.Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.❤️ Beneficios:🤝🏽Contrato laboral indefinido y estabilidad desde el primer día.🚀Todo nuestro apoyo para tu desarrollo personal/profesional.🕓Jornada laboral hibrida 3X2 (3 días presenciales, 2 días remotos).✍🏻Incorporación inmediata.🥰Excelente clima laboral.💊Seguro médico privado con Adeslas (completo + dental).📕Pago del 100% exámenes de certificación oficial.💻Pago parcial de cualquier curso de IT/Data.✔️Grandes proyectos con tecnologías avanzadas.¡Únete a nuestro equipo! ¡En Hola Consultores apostamos por ti!
