Based in Switzerland and with 200 years’ experience it offers products for surveying and geographical measurement and is the global market leader for geodetic instruments.Hexagon is a global leader in sensors, software and autonomous solutions and has approximately 21k employees in 50 countries.Hexagon’s Geosystems division provides a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions that capture, measure, and visualize the physical world and enable data-driven transformation across industry ecosystemABOUT THE ROLEAs BI support team lead in our excellence support center organization, you will be responsible for a highly motivated and customer focused team.Together with your colleagues, you will further shape and optimize our support processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Being highly integrated into our global analytics team, you are an important pilar of our journey to a data driven company.RESPONSABILITIESMain BI support contact for our SAP Business Warehouse (BW) / SAP Analytics Cloud environment (SAC)Providing 2nd level support, handling of customer complaints and providing solutionsLeading and managing our local two-member BI support teamDefining and delivering key user and end user training for our analytic tool setsDeveloping and maintaining our customer support documentationConducting integration testing for new developmentsYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Economics / IT or a comparable on-the job developmentExperience in data warehouse technologies with SAP BW and SAC; development skills as an advantageProven leadership and team management skillsProactive professional with high service orientation and excellent communication skillsYou have a highly customer focused mindset with a commitment to excellenceFluent English skills; Spanish as an advantageWillingness to travel up to 10%BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
