Responsabilidades.
-Gestionar y supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento, lo que incluye controlar el rendimiento, garantizar la productividad y proporcionar orientación y apoyo a los miembros del equipo -Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos del departamento.
Compras.
asegurar la disponibilidad del material y una gestión de stocks a nivel interno.
No obsoletos, no desfase de inventario, adecuación lotes de compra.
Conseguir previsiones de cliente, adecuar el stock y políticas de compra a la demanda del cliente.
Comercial.
asegurar que los precios y las condiciones del cliente son correctos y adecuados.
Revisión de condiciones y seguimiento.
Servicio.
asegurar que la atención comercial y de servicio al cliente es correcta.
Logística.
Asegurar la correcta coordinación con departamento logístico para cerrar el ciclo de suministro.
Rentabilidad.
Asegurar el análisis de rentabilidad de cliente, mix de proveedores/as, negociación, correctos precios de compra, etc.
-Colaboración con otros departamentos.
-Desarrollar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos para el departamento, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y normativas de la empresa.
-Seguimiento periódico con clientes, visitas comerciales.
Requisitos.
-Formación de Grado y/o Grado Superior -Experiencia previa gestionando equipos -Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PPW) -Experiencia en uso de ERP (SAP) -Se valorará experiencia previa en entornos industriales -Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito -Disponibilidad para viajar Si además de todo esto te consideras una persona dinámica, proactiva, con gran capacidad de gestión y organización y orientación al cliente, ¡este es tu proyecto!
