From its beginnings 10 years ago and the creation of its first machine translation models, it has become a core team that drives the company’s innovation in the areas of machine translation, generative AI, natural language processing and automation. About the role:In this role, you will take ownership of a key product in the company’s portfolio while working in a user-centered culture. You will be part of a diverse team of successful and enthusiastic professionals located across the globe – Spain, USA, Portugal, Poland and India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers and business leaders to shape and execute the product vision. Your expertise in product management, combined with your passion for AI, will drive the success of products used by some of the biggest organizations worldwide.What you will do:Create and prioritize the product roadmap that solves user problems and is aligned with the company and team goalsManage the entire product lifecycle from planning to releaseWrite detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaOwn the delivery of the productDrive product discovery via user research, analytics tools, competitor analysis and stakeholder feedbackManage and leverage web analytics for your product to analyze the performance of the existing features and prioritize the future onesCommunicate daily with the development team to eliminate any roadblocksCommunicate scope changes and prioritization reasoning to stakeholdersStrive for optimization by creating and improving software development processes Skills and experience:Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent3-5 years of experience in a product management roleA solid working knowledge of the product management lifecycle and Agile methodologiesExperience managing products or projects using project management tools such as Azure DevOps Server or JIRAProven record of conducting product discovery and driving insights from user researchExceptional communication skills: ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations, be prepared to justify delays or scope changes, and communicate technical information to business stakeholders in an easy to understand wayStrong organizational skillsAdditionally, we’d love it if you have:Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceFamiliarity with AI technologies: GenAI, LLMs, machine learning algorithmsFamiliarity with web technologies such as HTML, XML, HTTP, REST, ReactExperience with web analytics platforms, such as Matomo, Google Analytics or similarExperience working in a distributed teamWhat we offer you:Collaborative culture of enthusiastic technologistsAn opportunity to have real impact in product direction and developmentCompetitive salaryBy applying, I confirm I have read and accepted TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting
