TECHNICAL LEAD / PROJECT IT MANAGER - HYBRIDE

Are you looking for the next challenge in your career?We are working in a cross-functional way from requirement, concept and design to final verification and implementation in production.We are currently looking for an Senior Support Consultant with over 5 years of project experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, especially in Python, and proven SQL skills in training and team leadership. This role includes a rotating schedule with on-call duties, including weekends, to meet project needs.Join Alten’s international division and work alongside with some of the most talented engineers and technicians from all over the world.Responsabilities:Manage development and consulting projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Maintain constant contact with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and project requirements are met.Manage the backlog, coordinate priorities, and facilitate communication between the business and the IT team.Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and the continuous improvement of the platform.Provide technical support and training to support and operations teams.Requirements:More than 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (recommended).At least 5 years of experience in support and consulting services.Experience in programming, especially in Python.Experience with databases and SQL usage.Experience in team management and training.Experience in sectors such as IT, banking, and insurance (recommended).Advanced level of English (B2).Availability to work on a rotating schedule with on-call duties, including weekends.Essential:Programming experience.Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL.Proven skills in training and team leadership.We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
