Right now, we are looking for a Finance Trainee, to join our team at Sportian! You will get the chance to.
Product Strategy and Vision.
Define the roadmap and vision for Sportian’s Smart Venues offering, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Work closely with stadium operators, sports organizations, and internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that enhance fan experiences.
Market Research.
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Product Development.
Lead cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Scalability and Innovation.
Drive the creation of flexible, scalable products that integrate seamlessly with existing stadium systems and leverage emerging technologies.
Data-Driven Decisions.
Use analytics and customer insights to refine features, optimize performance, and measure the impact of product releases.
Go-to-Market Leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and strategies for new launches.
What will help you succeed.
Experience.
5+ years in Product Management, preferably within SaaS, IoT, or the sports/entertainment industry.
Domain Expertise.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, access control, or fan engagement technologies is a strong plus.
Leadership Skills.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Technical Acumen.
Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical requirements, especially in integrations and APIs.
Customer Focus.
Passion for improving the customer experience, with a focus on delivering value to both stadium operators and fans.
Communication.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate product visions and value propositions.
Problem-Solving.
Analytical mindset to tackle challenges and identify innovative solutions.
