TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS

If so, we want to meet you.At Ista Smart Technologies, we specialize in regulation, control, monitoring, and remote management of boiler rooms and buildings. Our solutions and services support our customers on their journey to more energy efficiency by assuring transparent and integrated energy management.We are looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our team. Your main objective will be to support the planning and execution of installations of our energy-efficiency products throughout Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:Support before and during Installation:Work with our international project team and partners to facilitate data collection for planning and product configuration.Plan the installation work in close alignment with our development team in Spain and international markets.Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the work of local installation partners in our European markets.Train and onboard new technical installation partners in the markets and provide ongoing support.Commercial Support:Act as a liaison between local commercial teams, maintenance companies, and engineering firms during the sales process.What do we offer?Permanent contract.Full-time job.Salary according to skills and previous experience.A dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth.Requirements:Technical background, such as Electrical VET or boiler room maintenance etc.Similar experience providing technical support to clients and supporting the commercial area within the Energy Management sector and HVAC control and monitoring solutions would be beneficialExcellent command of English (C1-C2) and a good level of Spanish (B level).Strong customer orientation with experience working with community presidents, property administrators, maintenance companies, and engineering firms.Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High availability and willingness to travel internationally (customer visits, installation monitoring, etc.).
