Quintas Energy, a leading provider of asset management, advisory, and development services in the energy sector, is seeking an Administrative Support for the Technical Asset Management Team. With a strong presence across Europe, the UK, and Australia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our team of 200 experts in optimizing energy assets. This position will initially be contracted for a period of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the resolution of issues including update of the Asset Management system and reporting to Client with special attention to failures and shortfalls that may lead to production loss including an Economic Impact Assessment.• Supporting, Issuing standard monthly and quarterly reports• Reviewing O&M reports to assess the treatment of incidents in their reports that may have affected the performance of the plant. Regular meetings with operators to review performance.• Supervising O&M contractor compliance with all the preventive maintenance plant activities,including the delivery of monthly reports-.• Supervising O&M contractor's corrective maintenance measures and confirming that suchmeasures have been carried out in compliance with the O&M contract.• Support handover process to a new owner in one of our portfolios managed in UK.• Supervising site visit reports prepared by Operations Manager and following up on punchlists arising from these visits• Approval of extraordinary works executed by Contractors
