TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD

Technical Team Lead/ManagerSummary: The team lead will be responsible for overseeing the responsibilities and deliverables of our partner game suppliers and internal team members. Responsibilities: Weekly status updates to Management Timely reporting of blockers and major issues to Management Impose compliance with company requirements and policies to our partners Ensure delivery of targets and goals Coordinate work activities with the Content Team to ensure correct planning of game releases Coordinate with Development Teams in terms of interoperability Identify and resolve blockers for integrations - delegating and communicating to proper team member for proper solutioning Participate in the daily needs of the project Onboarding of Partner Providers Monitor and coordinate daily activities of our partners Update and maintenance of documentation Requirements Gathering Release Management Provide Technical help to new Providers Back Office Management related to the project Provide Training to tech support and other team members Provide support and feedback to tech support and other team members Ideally knowledge and/or some experience of;Maven or Gradle Spring Boot Kafka NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch etc). Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Bitbucket, AWS CodePipeline) o RESTful APIs Coding Standards and Guidelines OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns Unit tests (JUnit) and integration tests (BDD) Development experience in a Unix/Linux environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision. Knowledge of software testing practices. Desirable Skills: Project Management Tools, such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Airtable Agile Methodology, such as Scrum, XP, Kanban Knowledge and/or experience of: High performance, high availability systems Domain-Driven Development Microservices Patterns and Architecture Container Application Development, such as Docker and Docker Compose o Development of cloud services (AWS, EC2) Event-Driven Architecture Backend-Driven DevelopmentEvent Sourcing Software Architecture (EER, UML)
