To request accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team.About the roleIn this role, The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales from existing clients, as well as acquiring and developing new clients by selling pharmaceutical or biological products within a specific geographic area. Initially, this position will focus on the Catalonia region.Main responsibilities:Market Insights Generation: Gather and share information about competitors and the market.Sales Plan Preparation and Execution: Manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives.Relationship Development and Maintenance: Build long-term strategic relationships with veterinarians and veterinary clinic staff.Negotiation: Negotiate with local buyers and collaborate in negotiations with larger purchasing groups.Reporting: Complete required administrative tasks and maintain an updated client database.Sales Results Management: Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, business administration, sales, and/or marketing. A Master’s degree is a plus.At least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector and client relations.Advanced proficiency in management tools, such as Excel.Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.Planning and organization skills.Customer and product knowledge.Research and classification of sales opportunities.Objection handling and negotiation skills.Effective communication and ability to instill confidence.If you are passionate about animal health and have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
