This is your opportunity!We are looking for a Test Data Management to join our team!Within the New IT HUB Sales - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need a Test Data Management.DescriptionDevelop and implement test data management strategies to support testing activities across the Retail of the Future Program.Create, maintain, and govern test data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and availability.Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand test data requirements and ensure alignment with testing needs.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with test data management.Maintain detailed documentation of test data management processes and procedures.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to test data management activities.Ensure all test data management activities comply with regulatory and company standards.Provide training and support to team members on test data management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal compliance.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or STEM related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, test data management or a related role.Strong understanding of data management principles and testing processes.Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and their impact on testing processes.Familiarity with program-level testing, integration, data mesh architectures, and data engineering.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and technologies.Strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements related to test data management, and data storage.Oroficiency in software testing methodologies, including Scrum, and SAFe.Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or AWS Certified Developer are advantageous.English Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the German language is a plus.We offer you the opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment, taking part in new projects.Within our benefits as employee, we provide:Competitive salary + variable compensation60% Mobile workFlexible entering hours30 working days of holidaysAnnual Training PlanMercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount)
