Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility.
As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the TPO Deliver - Customer Excellence will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Johnson & Johnson Technology(JJT) team, driving design and implementation in the area of Order to Cash management within SAP S/4.
The position will lead design, build, and test the SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
The position governs the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drives template innovation and evolution through the deployments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The TPO Deliver-Customer Excellence role will take responsibility for designing and deploying an integrated soluton across the following primary functions.
Order Management Order Intake Contract & Pricing Delivery Master Data Billing EDI / Interfaces API Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education.
Bachelor’s degree required A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 8 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
Required Knowledge.
SAP S/4HANA.
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the Order to Cash (O2C) module.
Order to Cash Process.
Comprehensive knowledge of the entire O2C cycle, including order management, inventory management, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable.
Familiarity with the integration points between O2C and other modules such as MM (Materials Management), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
Business Processes.
Strong understanding of core business processes related to Pre sales, Sales, Contracts & Pricing, Billing and Accounts Receivable.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is required.
Required Skills & Abilities Configuration.
Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA O2C module to meet business requirements.
Problem-solving.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the O2C process.
Integrations.
Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners while also supporting the build technical team for any questions around the mechanism of the integrations, error handling, reprocessing etc.
Communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Testing.
Ability to build the scenarios for testing based on the end to end processes design and drive any defects coming out of the testign phase.
Documentation.
Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude, and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Preferred Area of Study.
Information Technology, Supply Chain, Deliver Customer Excellence Preferred Related Industry Experience.
Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Deliver Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Experience with design of a Global Template Experience working in a global/regional setting.
Experience in a large-scale business transformation program.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
