What you’ll do  The Transformation Programme Manager is a pivotal role within the Strategy & SDN Domain team, driving change management and organisational leadership to transform and grow VBTS UK.
The role involves leading transformation programmes and projects, prioritising and realising projected benefits aligned with the strategic roadmap.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the strategic transformation plan, managing interconnected projects, and ensuring optimal return on investment.
The role also requires robust governance, regular reporting, and effective communication to ensure organisational buy-in and alignment with strategic milestones   Who you are Project/Programme Management.
Proven experience in managing large, complex, and multi-disciplined projects/programmes.
Ideally P2P or MSP Certified.
